Step 1 – Wear the dress and spread the straps out wide. Step 2 – Place both the straps comfortably on your shoulder and cross them at the back. Step 3 – Tie a loose knot and bring the straps to the front, wrapping around the waist and bring them together to the back before tying a knot.
How do you tie a maxi convertible dress?
Start by draping both straps over one shoulder. At the top of the shoulder, twist the straps together to create a braided effect down to the back of the waist. cat89: yes you can buy off the rack at Davids bridal. They carry the dresses in one or two sizes in store pretty much pin or hold up the dress so brides can see how it fits. If you are really far off from their sample sizes, they may not have any on the rack that you can buy.
